My two kids fight over who gets the telescope, which tells you everything about how much they play with this thing. The two doors under the platform turned into their "secret hideout" and it somehow folds flat enough to slide behind the couch.
The steering wheel actually rotates and the telescope is positioned perfectly for my little captain to spot "enemy ships" from the living room. Folding it flat each night takes me less than a minute, and the secret space under the platform has become his favorite hideout.
The fold-flat design is the real winner here—it tucks behind the couch when the playroom gets chaotic. My only gripe is that the steering wheel squeaks a bit, but my 4-year-old hasn't noticed and the secret hideaway underneath keeps him busy for ages.
