Hollywood Racks® Sport Rider Rack

The folding arms make it so much easier to get my Folding Cargo up and secured without scratching the frame. Took maybe two minutes the first time, and it's stayed solid on every bumpy road since.

Loading my Cruiser onto this rack solo takes about a minute, and the locking hooks hold the frame steady even on bumpy roads. It's also the first rack I've owned that doesn't wobble at highway speed.
