The tool-free mount is genuinely tool-free, took me maybe ten seconds to click it on. I toss my phone and keys in and it doesn't rattle even on bumpy pavement, though the 11 lb limit means I keep heavier stuff in my backpack.
Snapped this onto my handlebars in under a minute with zero tools, which honestly surprised me. It swallows my phone, keys, and a water bottle without any wobble, and the carry handle is handy when I bring it into the store with me.
The basket attaches easily and holds my phone and keys fine, but the 11-pound limit feels low even for light groceries. I wish the quick release was a bit more secure over bumpy roads.
