Wasn't thrilled about paying extra when I ordered, but it makes sense for a big ride-on that needs oversized handling and shipping. The surcharge showed up as its own line on the receipt, so at least it wasn't buried in the total. Everything arrived in good shape.
I expected the extra fee to be a nasty surprise, but it was disclosed upfront and applied only to my oversized order, which made sense. The surcharge covered the added handling for a big item, and shipping went smoothly with no delays.
The checkout was clear about the surcharge before I paid, so no surprise fees when the order went through. It’s a bit annoying to pay extra, but the oversized box arrived perfectly intact and well-protected, which is what this fee is supposed to ensure.
