The little mane around the hood is what sold me, and it's even softer in person than the photos suggest. My daughter grins every time I zip her into it for our morning walks.

My 8-month-old wears this for tummy time and the snaps along the bottom make diaper changes way less of a wrestling match. The fabric stayed soft after two washes, which I wasn't expecting at this price.

The lion mane hood is even fluffier in person, and the tail has a nice weight to it that makes it feel like a real costume piece. I wore it around the house all evening and the fabric stayed cozy without making me sweaty.
