The squeeze body really does make it easy to drink one-handed while I'm riding, which is exactly what I needed. Fits snug in my bottle holder and the wide mouthpiece means I'm not fumbling around. No plastic taste either, which I was a little worried about.

Fits my cage holder perfectly and the 20 oz size is just right for a 30-minute ride. Only gripe is the mouthpiece is a bit stiff to pull open with one hand while moving.
